YOU ARE WELCOME!

We welcome you, who wishes to be part of a rainbow team and play a teamsport. Whether you have played field hockey before or not, it doesn't matter.

Come and try the sport for free 2 - 3 times. This way you can get an understanding of the sport and meet the team at your own pace.

Let us know if you want to try it out, and we will make sure to have a coach or buddy ready to greet you and introduce you to the team.

We practice Hockey 5, Mondays 18 - 20. Basic hockey skills needed to join

We practice Hockey 11, Wednesday 18 - 20. All levels can join

Even if you’ve never played Field Hockey before, we have a coach that will help you safely get into the sport. They will teach you, the fundamentals and make sure you feel prepared to join the main practice with confidence.

Please be aware - Being physically and mentally safe on and off the pitch is our number one priority. If we for any reason can't guarantee your or the teams safety.  We will invite you for a conversation about other options.
